Many of Brian’s ideas take inspiration from floral forms. Looking at irises, lilies, and orchids, he sees beautiful shapes that beckon to be touched. The same sensuous attraction is the goal of his design work.

This handmade chair’s quarter sawn pine seat and back, like the curled ends carved at the corners, are like flower petals inviting you to sit and be comforted. Visitors to our gallery are drawn to the Lily Chair like butterflies seeking nectar, their hands busily feeling the hand carved profiles of the “petals”.

The ergonomic carved wood seat and back feel amazingly soft due to the accuracy of the shape fitting your body. A full set around the table forms a bouquet, inviting all to relax and enjoy a fine meal – a lovely way to treat your dinner guests.
